To try and  make things as easy to find as possible, we have attempted to separate items by topic.

It is our hope that this page is helpful to you and helps to lift some of the stress of being prepared!

out and about with your puppy

A puppy stroller is a great tool for visiting places like the vets office. If you are a walker or a runner, it is also a great option to take your puppy along, but to be careful with bones and joints while they aren’t ready to walk or run the whole route yet!

Small, collapsable water bowls with a hook on them are infinitely handy when away from home!

A doggie car seat helps keep your puppy close while still being confined. This keeps them safer and prevents them from becoming a distraction…..and they get to see out the window :)

This style of crate is great to have in the vehicle. The hard sides allow you to pack other things in the vehicle more easily and helps prevent a mess that might occur in a wire crate. Size according to puppy & vehicle.

Collar

Harnesses are a great option for longer walks and hikes without applying pressure to the dog’s neck.

A doggie “seat belt” keeps a dog confined to a certain area and keeps them from exiting the vehicle in case of an accident. This style attaches to a seat belt receptacle one side and to your dog’s collar or harness on the other.
